Our sessions bring in behaviour change. They learn why going to school is important or how you need a good job to succeed and other such lessons vital to their progress, such as

• Health; 69% know personal hygiene (washing hands, no defecation in the open) Our ProjectBAT (BUILD A TOILET)
• Gender; Boys & girls have played team games together. They learn how to respect and embrace diversity.
• Human rights; we enlighten them on the ills and gravity of domestic violence and that it’s unacceptable and also they serve as our little ambassadors advocating to their parents and family members on the ills of DV.
• Education; 80% of the school age children we’ve worked with don’t drop out of school. 
• Youth mentors we are working on expanding our network of youth volunteers. Our ‘Teach One. Reach Many’ Mentor program empowers children and gives us the scale to sustain and impact millions effectively. Through coaching; With due training, mentors conduct curriculum sessions, counselling; Mentors listen to problems, offer advice and build trust and the result is change in behaviour.

Our Advocacy, awareness and empowerment Programs for women, skills-based training and inspires and anchors women to be strong and build a better future for themselves.

Our goal is to impact the lives of over 40,000 school age children (this includes the Youth ) in the next 3 years.
